Our Story
We’re sisters, Tara and Jennifer, raised with a suitcase in the trunk and the road ahead. Our childhood was a series of coast-to-coast adventures, thanks to parents who believed that the best way to love your country is to truly know it. Our father—an immigrant and a proud Canadian—made it his mission to show us the richness of the land we called home.
From the windswept cliffs of Newfoundland to the sun-drenched vineyards of the Okanagan, we were shaped by the places we visited and the people we met. That journey left its mark. It taught us that Canada’s real beauty is found not just in its landscapes, but in the stories shared over fences, farm gates, and campfires.
True North Hosts Network was born from that experience. It’s our way of helping others explore Canada in a way that’s personal, purposeful, and proudly local.
